Using the name "Atmaat Kong" when Phraya Rattanathibet raised his army to set up at Kuiburi city. Prachuap Khiri Khan Province and ordered Khun Rong Palad Chu to control the Atmaat Division Went to block the Burmese army at Ao Wa Khao. Khun Rong Palad Chu along with 400 soldiers of the Atmaat Regiment of Mueang Wiset Chai Chan died at the hands of the Burmese. When the Wiset Chaichan people heard the news, they mourned. So I could only pray and ask for merit. What has been created must be a factor that results in the souls of brave soldiers resting in peace. The loneliness and loneliness arose and the energy was lost in making a living. There was nothing better than working together to create things to commemorate the martyrs, so Wat Si Roi was built in 1770, naming the temple after the number of 400 Ghong Aatmats who died. went to battle in order to serve as a memorial to the future generations of the people of Wiset Chai Chan.
